Shipping policy

At this time we use Australia Post for shipping our products worldwide (except for very large purchases, when we will arrange alternate shipping methods with you). We can ship to almost any destination in the world.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary depending on your destination and preferred shipping method. These costs will be calculated automatically for you. We offer free shipping Australia-wide if your purchase with Aromae is over A$50.

DELIVERY TIME
We will endeavor to process your order and have it dispatched within 48 hours of receiving it. In some cases we may be out of stock of certain products which may delay this by a few days. During Christmas/New Year period we do shut down for 2-3 weeks which means dispatch time can be delayed, but we will aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
