  Dilution Guide:
  For general adult body use, a 1–2% dilution is commonly recommended:

  • 1% dilution: Approx. 6 drops of essential oil per 30 mL carrier oil — suitable for everyday use.

  • 2% dilution: Approx. 12 drops of essential oil per 30 mL carrier oil — commonly used for adult massage blends.

  Always perform a patch test before use and adjust dilution based on individual sensitivity.
