How to Use

• Diffuser: Add your chosen essential oil or blend to your ultrasonic diffuser according to the manufacturer's instructions and enjoy the natural aroma throughout your space.

• Aromatherapy Products: Create your own personalised blends by combining essential oils with a suitable carrier oil or base. Always dilute essential oils appropriately before applying to skin.

  Dilution Guide:
For general adult body use, a 1–2% dilution is commonly recommended:

  • 1% dilution: Approx. 6 drops of essential oil per 30 mL carrier oil — suitable for everyday use.

  • 2% dilution: Approx. 12 drops of essential oil per 30 mL carrier oil — commonly used for adult massage blends.

Always perform a patch test before use and adjust dilution based on individual sensitivity.

• Room & Home Fragrance: Use with suitable essential-oil bases, room-spray formulations, or compatible aroma devices to create an aromatic environment.

• Aroma Burners & Diffusers: Suitable for use with compatible essential-oil diffusers and aroma burners.

• Daily Rituals: Incorporate your chosen oil or blend into your evening routine, quiet moments, meditation, relaxation, or whenever you want to create a warm and grounding aromatic atmosphere.
